HOW TO BOOK KAYY ADE BALLOONS

🔹 Step 1: Fill Out the Inquiry Form

Start by filling out our booking form with your event details—date, location, theme, and what you’re looking for. The more info, the better!

 

🔹 Step 2: Quick Consultation Call (10–15 Minutes)

Once we receive your form, we’ll schedule a quick phone or virtual consultation to confirm details, answer any questions, and make sure we’re aligned on the vision.

 

🔹 Step 3: Pay Retainer Deposit

After your consultation, we’ll send over your invoice. A non-refundable retainer deposit is required to secure your date. Once it’s paid—you’re locked in!

 

🎉 That’s it—you’re all set!

We’ll take it from here and keep in touch leading up to your event. You just get ready to celebrate!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

1. How far in advance should I book my balloon décor?

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for larger events or during peak seasons. All bookings are only secured with a retainer deposit, so don’t wait—your date isn’t locked in until the deposit is received. That said, if your event is coming up soon, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to fit you in if availability allows!

 

2. Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! We offer delivery and professional setup throughout the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). Delivery fees vary based on location, event time, and design complexity.

 

3. How long do balloon decorations last?

Our balloon décor is designed to last throughout your event and beyond! While setups are typically created for same-day or next-day impact, balloons themselves can last up to 6 weeks indoors under the right conditions. We use high-quality materials and professional techniques to maximize durability, but outdoor setups may have a shorter lifespan due to weather exposure.

 

4. Can you customize designs to match my theme or colors?

Absolutely! Every design is tailored to your specific vision, color scheme, and theme. Whether you’re planning something elegant, fun, or totally outside the box, we love creating custom pieces that reflect your style.

 

5. Can I provide my own balloons for you to blow up?

To maintain the quality and integrity of our brand, we only use professional-grade, high-quality balloon brands that we know and trust. This ensures your décor looks amazing and holds up beautifully for your event.

 

6.Do you rent out your props to customers or other balloon/decor artists who are not using your services?

Not at this time. All props and rentals are currently reserved exclusively for clients booking full balloon or event services through Kayy Ade Balloons.

 

7.Can you work with all budgets?

We do our best to offer options for a range of budgets! While custom balloon décor is an investment, we’re happy to discuss your vision and recommend creative solutions that work within your price range. Let’s talk and see what we can create together!
